The harness already speaks the OpenAI wire with MODEL_KEY as Bearer, so a DeepSeek seat is a Composition file in the worker-69 shape plus enrolment (tools/enrol-seat.ps1) and the key on the host as a secret - never in the file. The operator runs it on 192.168.123.69 and assigns rows to the seat; the platform files its tasks.
