Found by SPWAY.7a: Generate.CatalogCategory.xslt emits a FieldDefinition per Question with no Existing= path; the LanguageModel spec had to rename its question to AllowModelSubstitute. Fix in the generator (XSLT only) + a test that two specs with the same Question generate one field.
