Accountable: claude-code. SharePoint's assign-and-notify (EnableAssignToEmail) plus the seat's job queue: an event receiver on ProjectTasks (ItemAdded/ItemUpdated with AssignedTo = an agent seat) files a my-<seat>/Tasks row whose Body is the composed briefing (Tool.ComposeBriefing: the task, its parent, the project, the phase's role, skills and queries); TaskOutcome on the seat's row flips the ProjectTask Status/PercentComplete. The operator never has to restate context.
