Quotas set as the local System Account (the seat-row admin path, like enrol-seat): app-claude-code 3000, worker-69 1200, spice-verify 2200. Served: claude-code briefing 2006 of 3001 chars, worker-69 432 of 1201, an unset seat 2200 (the default). Note: this seat's People row is the App principal row app-claude-code; there is no Agent-seat row named claude-code.
