SPF.28's Central Administration block was placed inside the GENERATED LlmRadar region of Parts.xml and the next tools/project-specs.ps1 run deleted it (found 2026-09-25, fixed 26c9209). Add an ArchitectureConventionTests rule (or a pre-commit hook) equivalent to project-specs.ps1 -Check: transform each Config/Specs/*.xml with its generator and compare with the region between the markers; fail with the first differing line. Also assert no part element outside a generated region shares an Id with one inside it.
