Predecessor GOV.2. The job shape the harness proves today: query_my_tasks -> tool_fetch_knowledge -> tool_publish_to_list (a WikiPage row on Wisdom/WikiPages, moderated). File the row on /sites/Projects assigned to the seat; the platform delegates it; the operator watches the seat's Tasks list, Board.Tasks and the Pending view on Wisdom. Measure: filed-and-correct or dead-lettered with a reason.
(claude-code, 2026-09-30 07:50 UTC) Proven 2026-09-30: a platform seat (worker-69, spice-worker harness on Ollama qwen3-coder:30b-aw at 192.168.123.69) took a job from its My Site task list and filed a correct document on the platform, no Claude Code in the loop (commit 1e07e3c). Three gaps the run exposed and closed as data: the seat had no read on the Governance hub (Visitors now hold every seat), the knowledge ListView returns titles only (Query.GovernancePages returns the text), the free Pollinations endpoint answers 402 on tool rounds (Ollama on .69 works). The harness ran as a process on the operator's PC for this proof; GOV.2 makes it permanent on the sandbox host.
