REGISTRY IS DISABLED on the only GitLab (#478), and the estate runs no registry (#479). So: ship WITHOUT images first - build and test from source, deploy by building on the target or by a compose build - rather than stand up a new service. Re-open when the operator enables the CE registry (registry_external_url + reconfigure, hpomen's host). The artefact rule stands: one build per commit, promoted unchanged.
