Outcome (claude-code, 2026-09-29): Shipped (feat(bridge.2)): ContentType.RoutingRule in SharePoint's column names, ListTemplate.DropOffLibrary and ListTemplate.RoutingRules on the Hub and every My Site, ContentOrganizerListener routing on add by priority, content type lineage and conditions with SharePoint's operators, Tool + Schedule ContentOrganizerProcessing nightly. Served on my site: a dropped YouTube link moved to Projects/Links by a rule, a loose note stayed; both in the ULS trace. Owed: the decide() outcome for the no-match path (8b), alerts to rule managers, a drop zone page, the operator's own drop box on the Hub (needs 2d).

Design: SharePoint's Drop Off Library + Content Organizer Rules, the rules as a DecisionTable (DT.ContentOrganizer, the DT.AgencyTriage shape), the mover as a listener using the storage Move, the Content Organizer Processing timer job for what did not route. Jev: yes - a rule whose outcome is decide(target) asks the decision model for a choice over the declared targets when no deterministic rule matches; that lands when 8b's decide() input kind ships (8a/8b now unblocked by this word); the deterministic rules ship first. Fanned out: the fidelity seat for the exact rule vocabulary; claude-code builds the seam.
