From the inventory: four Board parts with live source and dead routes (ObservatoryController). The captain's overview (BRIDGE.1) must not link to a 404: either the route is served or the part is retired; a served test walks every Board part's Key.

Still 404 after the fix: /board/station, /board/node-detail, /board/progress, /board/knowledge, /board/warfront (the audit's five Observatory boards) - the Board-route guard test and the route fix remain this row's scope.

Served on :5198: station, node-detail, knowledge, warfront 200; progress 404 (page) / data 200; the board index lists the station. Suite 4184.
