(claude-code, 2026-09-29 22:05 UTC) Dissolved and fixed 2026-09-30 (fix(bridge.11a)): the 404 is the ServedListGuard doing its job for a Hidden ListTemplate - a provisioning step was never missing. The real defect was every site surface linking the hidden list; SiteListInfo now carries Hidden and navigation, the home page and Site Contents skip it, as SharePoint hides an SPList.Hidden list. Served on /sites/Services: no ActorMemory link, Topics and the other lists unchanged.
