SharePoint way: Project Server's Enterprise Project Type = a workflow of Phases and Stages; in SPICE a methodology is a declared Workflow whose Phases are the stages (reuse, no new part kind). Started on a node through the manual start (BRAINSTORM.5b), the node's subtree as the .mm payload (4c); each phase writes its output as a Pending child node (content approval), so the operator keeps or drops it. The prompts come from the skill text (.claude/skills/ioodari/SKILL.md) moved into Phase parts - data, not a chat habit. A no-AI variant: the same Workflow applied as a checklist (one empty child per stage).
