Found in the AGT.66 smoke: anonymous over the LAN, /sites/Wisdom/Lists/WikiPages/Item/antipattern-44 (Pending) answers 200 with the page title, while the list view trims it. SharePoint shows readers only the last approved version (none for a new page). Trim on the item display form (and the API item GET) the way BuildListView does.
