CLOSED 2026-09-23 (claude-code): project summary page, 87c6efc.
ProjectsPortal declares no Pages block at all, so /sites/Projects renders no project page. The 109 ProjectTask rows are reachable only through the Hub's Atlas rollup at RowLimit 60, which silently clips 49 of them. Give the site a home page with a Project Summary web part - PROJECTSITE#0's own name for it - rolling up tasks with no silent truncation. A page that shows 60 of 109 without saying so is the same defect class as a dropped attribute.
