GET /api/reception/claude-code returns an inbox of handoffs from other agents. Three are sitting there now, all from hpomen, none of them visible anywhere in this platform. Land each as a Task row so the project site shows outside demand beside our own backlog. This is the step that makes citizenship worth having: an inbox nobody reads is not an inbox.
