HUB: every seat has a charter - role, responsibilities, features, out_of_scope, domains. SHAREPOINT: User Profile properties plus the site's own About page. STATUS: MOSTLY HAVE as of 2026-09-22 - JobTitle, Responsibilities, Department and Manager now sit on ContentType.Person, and Skills are declared parts bound to actors. The one field with no home is OUT OF SCOPE, and it is the most interesting of the five: stating what a seat will NOT do is how you stop a capable agent from wandering, and neither SharePoint nor SPICE has a column for it. Worth adding as a Note on Person rather than inventing a part. NOTE the hub returned this block EMPTY for our seat - role blank, responsibilities blank - so the structure exists there and the content does not.
